Complimentary Consultation (Your First Inquiry)
Even before you make a commitment to a portrait session, Michele will suggest a virtual get-acquainted conversation about what you're looking for and what we offer. Taking the time to have this first conversation helps to determine your preferences and allows the artist to share the best options for locations, programs and pricing that will work for you. We can also discuss scheduling options and timeframes. Most of all, we introduce ourselves and get to know each other a bit.

Design Consultation
So much effort goes into selecting the perfect pieces to furnish an exquisite home. We take pride in offering the same design consideration as we preserve your memories and create unique portrait art accents for your walls, coffee tables and mantles! After you reserve your session, Michele will contact you to finalize your location (Home, Office or Outdoors), learn about the personality(ies) being photographed, discuss your objectives and style preferences, and begin planning the details of your session. She will offer wardrobe recommendations that fit well with your final product selections. If you're interested in particular frames, fabric albums or other products we will have fun looking at a variety of swatches and discussing the possibilities during this meeting in person (or on Zoom if you are out of town).
Wardrobe Collaboration
To make your job easier, Michele consults on clothing and gives recommendations for everyone being photographed. This ensures that the colors and textures of the fabrics in the images complement your unique session styling so that the outcome will be perfect for the room it is intended.
Portrait Session
Relax and enjoy this special day that honors you ... or the people you love and care about. Michele will bring the professional equipment and set design materials that may be needed. Your comfort and convenience is her focus throughout this process.
Selection & Ordering Appointment
This appointment will take place about two weeks after your photo shoot. During this meeting, you'll review your fully retouched proof images and make your purchase selections. Michele takes the time to work with you to help you determine the best options for displaying your favorite images, including custom imprints and designs, as well as embellished mixed media options for your favorite piece.
Production & Delivery
Once your order is placed, we will work closely with our professional lab to ensure quality production and finishing. Michele will begin hand-painting any embellished mixed media items. She inspects all products before they are delivered to the client. If you are local, Michele will hand deliver your products to you with white glove service. If you are out of town, we'll package and ship your products with great care, and look forward to hearing from you when you receive them.
